Project:Enlargement of capacity of the transportation system in factory for production of Iron and Nickel, FENI – Kavadarci






Brief Description:

In order to enlarge the capacity of ore transportation system in factory for production of iron and nickel, FENI Industries -Kavadarci,Republic of Macedopnia ,METALEX has produced and mounted three belt conveyors with complete equipment,roof,stairs,side walkways and support construction.

The main purpose of the project was increasing the capacity of the transportation system through manufacturing and assembly of new belt conveyors with complete equipment,motors and support construction. The undertaking activities by METALEX provided an uninterrupted running of the manufacturing process in the plant.



Realized Activities:

Supply of materials, equipment ( motor-reducers, safety systems) and auxiliary materials;

- Design, construction and manufacturing of three new belt conveyors ;

o Belt conveyor T1 with length: 17 m and width: 800 mm.

o Belt conveyor T2 with length: 16 m and width: 800 mm.

o Belt conveyor T3 with length: 6 m and width: 800 mm.

- Design, construction and manufacturing of walkways, stairs, support construction;

- Mounting of belt conveyors with complete equipment and support construction;

- Mounting of reducers, motors and safety systems.
