Brief Description:

Reconstruction of the chain system for transport of raw mine material

Realized activities: 

- Dismantling of chain from Lepol Grid (POLYSIUS) with width 4m, length 90 m and a total weight of 120 tons.;
- Dismantling of supporting and return shafts (Total number- 75 );
- Dismantling of driving shaft with bearings; 
- Dismantling of return shaft with bearings.

Installation of new equipment:

 -Assembly of complete driving shaft, with sprockets, housings and bearings ;
 -Installation of complete return shaft ;
 -Installation of supporting and return shafts with housings and bearings ;
 -Installation of new chain width 4 m, length 90 m;
 -Installation and rehabilitation of other supporting elements;
 -Alignment and leveling
 -Putting into operation
 -Total weight of the dismantled and installed new equipment is cca 180 tons.
