PULLEYS

Conveyor pulleys are critical components that ensure the efficient operation of conveyor systems. They are designed to provide proper belt drive, alignment, and traction. Pulleys, such as those with locking assemblies, offer enhanced stability and secure connection between the pulley and shaft. Additionally, rubber-lagged pulleys are commonly used to improve friction and prevent slippage, providing better traction for heavy-duty applications. Together, these pulleys contribute to the overall performance, durability, and efficiency of the conveyor system. Contact us to find out more.

Tail pulleys

Tail pulleys are usually at the end of the conveyor. When there is only drive and tail pulleys, the tail pulley is used to provide the belt the proper amount of tensions. Its position is adjustable.

Rubber lagged pulley

Rubber lagged pulley can be used as a drive or tail pulley. When used as a drive pulley, the rubber lagging contributes to better traction between the conveyor belt and pulley. Most often are used with hot vulcanization.

Pulley with
locking assemblies

This pulley can be used as drive or tail pulley. It has a locking unit that connects the shaft and the pulley body using proper amount of tension. Pulleys using this method of shaft locking are the most utilized today for their strength, simplicity of construction, assembly and maintenance.
