Self centralizing troughing set is used when there are difficult working conditions which results in lateral movement of the conveyor belt. This set acts in a way that corrects the belt tracking and maintains it in central position. It consists of 3 carry rollers and 2 guide rollers. On the bottom of the troughing set there is a slewing ring which has ball bearings that allows the rotation 5-8 degrees of the set, so it corrects the belt alignment. The ball bearing sizes are sized accordingly to the vertical load.
