Client: AD EPS – TE-KO Kostolac, Serbia

 The supply was divided into 2 parts, part 1 pulleys for excavators and part 2 Pulleys for belt conveyor.

Part 1 i.e. pulleys for excavators included supply of 7 pcs with sizes in diameter range 1000 – 1280 with included hot vulcanization, bearings and bearing housings with SKF TACONIT sealing. Welding grade “B” class EN ISO 5817:2015.

Part 2 i.e. Pulleys for belt conveyor included 11 pcs with diameter sizes 1000 – 1250 with included hot vulcanization, bearings and bearing housings. Welding grade “B” class EN ISO 5817:2015.

For all welds were performed non-destructive methods (UT, MT), ie:

• Ultrasonic testing SRPS EN ISO 17640:2012;

• Testing with magnetic particles SRPS EN ISO 17638:2017
